Main campus field is a largest field at campus IAIN Curup, it has an area of 650 m2 and set in extensive greenery. The main campus field is often used for outdoor activities and next to the mosque.
The campus library is modern purpose-built library and has an area of 530 m2 with greenery and flowers around it. The library has been accredited excellent for its facilities and advances in the use of technology.

Campus IAIN Curup is located in a rural region with a significant amount of mountain cover. IAIN Curup is part of the Rejang Lebong regency, specifically the North Curup region. The North Curup region has a total area of 59,18 km2 (5.918 hectare), equivalent to 3,9% of the Rejang Lebong regency. This regency is completely landlocked and situated in the interior.

Duration values were estimated based on the accessibility and utilization patterns of open spaces at IAIN Curup. These facilities include wheelchair-accessible ramps, accessible pathways, selected disability-friendly restrooms, health services, and limited maternity support facilities. Although the number and coverage of these facilities are still limited, the university continues to improve accessibility and inclusiveness across the campus. These efforts reflect IAIN Curup’s commitment to creating a supportive learning environment and ensuring equal access to education and campus services for all members of the academic community.

IAIN Curup has implemented several security and safety facilities to support a safe and secure campus environment. Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) cameras have been installed in strategic locations across the campus to monitor activities, enhance security surveillance, and help prevent potential security incidents. In addition, fire alarm systems are available in selected campus buildings to provide early warning in the event of a fire emergency, enabling prompt response and evacuation procedures. Although the coverage of these facilities is still being gradually expanded, they contribute significantly to improving campus safety and protecting students, staff, and university assets.

IAIN Curup is currently developing various infrastructure and environmental setting programs that directly contribute to the achievement or impact of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The key programs include:
- Upgraded classrooms, lecture buildings, library facilities enhance the learning environment, improve access, and allow more students to enrol and participate meaningfully.
- Digitalisation of facilities (information systems, smart campus) improves access to learning resources, fosters better student-teacher engagement.
- Inclusive access (building design, open spaces) can help students with different backgrounds or needs.
- Higher-education infrastructure is itself a critical part of national infrastructure; promoting research, innovation, and preparing workforce.
- A campus that is built sustainably, resiliently, and with innovation supports new knowledge production.
- Infrastructure that includes labs, digital systems, research facilities help innovation.
- Campus as part of the local community: green spaces, open areas, sustainable building design help make the built environment more liveable.
- A campus built with environmental awareness can reduce negative impacts (energy use, water use) and serve as a model for the region.
- Inclusive infrastructure ensures that students from disadvantaged backgrounds, or with disabilities, have access.
- Building modern infrastructure often requires partnerships, collaborations (with other universities, government, private sector).
These programs support the following SDGs: 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, and 17, addressing key aspects such as poverty alleviation (through equitable access to public space and facilities), good health and well-being, quality education, gender equality, clean water and sanitation, affordable and clean energy, green economic growth, resilient infrastructure, reduced inequalities, sustainable cities and communities, responsible consumption and production, climate action, and the protection of terrestrial and aquatic ecosystems, as well as global partnerships.
